I do miss going on air and chatting with listeners.However, we can't have the best of 2 worlds, right? :) .. but no worries, I still like DJ-ing and will do so whenever I can. ~ Cheers!

其实我还是管理层的新鸟，真的没什么“管理哲学”可以和你分享leh！
不过，这短短的4个月当中，我发现沟通是很重要的。每一个所做的决定，我都会好好和同事们讲解各种的原因，并且尽可能设法说服他们。因为我深信只有在了解决策的背后目的，大家才会更尽心把工作做好。
