上个星期，很不幸地被诊断出”生蛇”！就现代医学来说，也就是所谓的带壮疱疹。 这次被“占领”的位置是左上额及眼睛周围的皮肤。为什么说“这次”呢？其实原因很简单，因为在我年幼无知的时候，“蛇精”也曾找上我。只不过当时是长在大腿上。
Anway,“生蛇”真的是一点也不好受。头不但常常出现剧痛或不舒服的情况，额头上的疱疹也让人感觉就象被针刺一样，隐隐作痛！因为受感染的皮肤靠近眼睛，所以医生千交代，万嘱咐，一定要观察病情。一旦发现视线不寻常，一定要马上到医院检查！怕～～～～～～～
发病的第一天，吃了药，病情有所进展。没想到，隔天突然发起烧来，看了医生，吃了药，整个人完全昏死！
为了控制病情，医生配的药，每天必须服食5次之多！2天后复诊时，一小部分的皮肤虽然情况好转，但医生认为病情不算轻，还是开了多5天的病假给我。
这里要感谢不停传简讯慰问我的同事和朋友。谢谢你们的关心。

thks for your concern. Am recovering now. Though the infected skin is getting better, still feel pain now and then. According to the doctor, this could continue for a month or more ... sigh

据我所知shingles 找上门，一般上partly 因为身体的免疫力弱，身体劳累，肝火虚热，就好像生‘毛丹’一样，最重要是要控制病情，不要让‘蛇’spread。还要多休息，多喝水，凉茶和避免吃热性的食物。

I would like to feedback on e "Radioidol" singing comp. I find it rather unfair and judges are pretty bias. I really love some of their voices(nt e top 4 eventually), i dun see any potential in their singing. Infact, those tt are eliminated are more potential i can say. It's a disappointment to e comp.
